The Virginia State Council Organizational Meeting will be held on Saturday, July 13, at St. Leo the Great Church located at 3700 Blenheim Boulevard (formerly Old Lee Highway), Fairfax VA 22030.   The meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m.   The recommended attire for the meeting is jacket and tie.
