The Virginia State Council Fall Quarterly Meeting will be held on Saturday,
October 18, 2025, both in person and virtually, and will begin at 8:00 a.m.
and end by 2:45.

State Officers, Directors and District Deputies will attend in person at the
Council Hall of Roanoke Council 562, located at 3136 Harris Street, Roanoke,
VA 24015. All others will attend virtually. The virtual meeting link will be provided at a future date.

Hotel reservations may be made at the Hampton Inn Roanoke Airport,
located at 5033 Valley View Blvd. Roanoke VA 24017. The room rate is
$129.00 plus tax per night. Reservations must be made by September 22.

State Deputy Trey Hart is asking all District Deputies to arrange watch parties throughout the state. The Worthy State Deputy is also encouraging councils to support the Aid and Support After Pregnancy (ASAP) program by bringing charitable donations to their watch party. Council donations should be combined and contributed to a local ASAP location.
