The Exemplification of Charity, Unity, and Fraternity for the Tidewater region will be held on Saturday, April 26, and hosted by Fr. Edmond P. McCarthy Council #9428. Candidates should arrive no later than 10:30 a.m., and the Exemplification will begin at 11:00 a.m. All District Deputies are required to be present.
