February 15, 2015 - Virginia's first Spanish language degree team made its debut in Northern Virginia, welcoming seven new members to the Order in a First Degree held at Springfield Council 6153.
"Having a Spanish 1st degree provides clarity of the purpose of the Knights of Columbus for those who may not understand English very well and hopefully provides a welcoming atmosphere for our new Brother Knights," State Deputy Steve Burnley said. "I believe this will certainly help the new Knights families, their churches of our Dioceses as they continue forward in our order."
